转矩流变仪:ＲM-200C

混炼式转矩流变仪用于研究材料的流动、塑化、热、剪切稳定性能。在与密炼机相同的功能下，混炼平台可测量转矩与温度、转速与时间的关系，同时对数据进行分析，用它进行配方设计和指导工艺条件的选择，节省大型实际生产试验时间与实验物料。

混炼式转矩流变仪由测控主机与混炼平台组合而成，混炼器由三个单独控温区间组成密闭腔室，腔室内置一对转子，转子异向旋转提供高强度的混炼与剪切，同时通过改变腔室体积，转子类型以及加载方式以实现不同应用。为方便教学与演示，另外配备了可视化窗口。

Mixer of Torque Rheometer System is constituted by main unit and mixer unit. The mixer chamber is consist of three sections which are independently temperature controlled. There is a pair of rotors in it. Counter-rotating rotors provide high strength mixing and shearing action. Customer can choose the different chamber volumes, the different rotor types and loading ways to implement different applications. For teaching and demonstration, the visualization window can be configured.
